You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase for any reason.
If you experienced technical problems preventing access to your report.
If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
If your report contains significant errors or wasn't generated properly.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
After the 7-day refund window has passed (unless due to technical issues on our end)
After you've downloaded or viewed your complete assessment report
Change of mind after accessing and reviewing your results
Disagreement with assessment results (our assessments are self-reflection tools)
Multiple refund requests or abuse of the refund system
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first
Violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform
Sharing account credentials or assessment access with others
Use of assessment results for commercial purposes without proper licensing
Failure to complete the assessment or intentionally providing false information
Previous history of refund abuse or fraudulent activity
Follow these steps to request a refund:

Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for refund request
Wait for Response
We'll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Receive Refund
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Trial Period: You can cancel your 7-day trial at any time during the trial period without being charged the monthly subscription fee.
Monthly Subscription: If you cancel after the trial period ends, you won't be charged for the next billing cycle, but the current month's payment is non-refundable.
